Our employees take opportunity to work on various fun and exciting initiatives that help conserve the local forests and also educate the younger generation about the benefits of nature conservation.

Our employees typically dedicate one day in a month towards activities that help in nature conservation.

Some of the activities our employees relish on this front are:

Conducting bird censuses around various parks and lakes

Educating the local school children on nature conservation by leading nature walks

Using analytics to track and analyze the migratory patterns of various seasonal birds

Organize volunteer driven conservation events in the Western Ghats on a periodic basis

These philanthropic activities not only allow our employees to be responsible citizens of the local community but also give a break from the work routine and build their leadership and team spirits. Our goal is to ensure that our future generations will be able to live in harmony with the beautiful creation of nature.

Bird Watching

CustoLogix teams up with experienced birders, who are part of an informal organization pertaining to birds, to observe the birds and conduct bird censuses around various parks and lakes in India.

Bird Nest's for all employees

Birds are important part of the ecosystem. They help in seed dispersal, pollination, keeps the insects, mice, other reptiles and mammals in check by feeding on them.

CustoLogix, in a commitment to preserve the birds, encourages its workforce to adopt bird feeders and nests that are handmade in recycled wood. By means of placing out the nests, wild birds are not only preserved and protected but can also be watched at close quarters.

Working with NGO's

CustoLogix takes a step forward by lending a hand to segments of society who struggle to make their ends meet every day. We offer voluntary services along with non-governmental organizations to people who need help and support.
